IsleGO has already been a part of the relief effort in Haiti following the earthquake that has devastated this island. We are in the process of sending food, water purification, and hygiene kits into Haiti on a continuing basis. Our first team was on the ground February 22nd and we now have teams about every five weeks following that trip. Our partners in JACMEL need teams for house construction, evangelism, childrens ministry, food/tents distribution, mentoring programs. In CAP HAITIEN our partners need construction teams for a Widows & Orphans Village and for a distribution center. Medical teams as well as evangelism and local church ministry teams are also needed. Teams for ealry 2011 will also be needed for our partners in LES POINTE at the Beraca Medical Centre in construction and renovations on the only medical facility for 20 square kilometers.
Pray for the people of God in Haiti, your brothers and sisters in Jesus! The rebuilding of Haiti will take years so we need ongoing commitments from the people of God here in America to stand with us as we help restore this country and care for its most vulnerable, the children of Haiti.
